Most people do n’t know that coffee can act as a natural pain reliever. Just two cups of coffee can reduce the muscle pain experienced post-workout.
4. 3 cups of coffee are good for our health
Latest reports on coffee suggest that drinking 3 cups of coffee in a day lowers the risk of lower heart rhythm. It also lowers the type 2 diabetes.
5. It reduces suicide risk and depression.
The one who drinks 4 cups of coffee daily were 20% less likely to suffer from depression.
